Need Major Help On My Tii!!!

Ok guys just finished purchasing an 88 TII ive been driving it daily havent had any problems other than that a boost line keeps popping off but that doesnt bother me neways here are some questions.

#1) after doing some nice driving time the turbo will be RED hot so will the downpipe and also the midpipe i think the timing is off either to retarded or to advanced.

#2) i think this has to do with the timing not shure i was flooring it in 3rd gear heading home turbo was red like usual and i start detonating i let go of the gas pull over at a local checkers check out the engine everything seems fine just again turbo, downpipe and midpipe is all red hot. But it keeps happening when i floor it you hear pop pop pop pop .

#3) when floored in any gear lower than 3k rpm the engine bogs out and dies from taking in to much fuel or to much air? whats wrong with this? this i have no idea what it can be when i purchased the car i never did it and now its doing this only fuel mods it has is a walbro i know it would run a little rich but not enough to kill a motor from to much fuel going in. =/

#4) Im boosting way to much and i dont know how to turn it down i love boosting the amount i am but im leaning the motor out and detonating so any ideas on this? it runs rich at idle or lower then 3k rpm once i past 3k rpm it starts leaning out im actually boosting .8 bar so any ideas on that would help.

P.S. Motor was just rebuild 3000 miles ago with rotary aviation everything and 3mm apex seals also has aggressive streetport

One last thing if anyone has the digram to hook up an SAFC to a 1988 Turbo II

Thanks In Advance

Jebus, keep your foot out of it until you figure out how to limit boost. Detonation is real no-no with a boosted rotary. I hate to think of the damage you've already done to your new engine. Yeah, yeah, yeah, even with 3mm seals.

If you have a control problem, port your wastegate or choke the intake until you can.

It would help tremendously if you were to list the specific mods done to your rig. Sounds like you have a fuel problem.

Too advanced timing will do it, as will too retarded of timing. Get a damn timing light and set it.
