Unhappy Need Major help after Haltech/Motor install !

hey guys i finally got the motor, and haltech installed all the inside stuff wired. i plugged the laptop in and when i tried to go online it said RECONNECT HALTECH so i thought the plug maybe was not in or something, but it wasnt the case. so i checked all the normal stuff like battery connections and fuses etc. but to no avail. so we started checking lights and stuff inside the car and the radio wont turn on nor will the avc-r or A/F gauge.
Heres the list that doesnt work:
turn signals (front)
logicon controls
wipers (rewired them)
starter (wont turn over)
CD player
AVC-R
A/F gauge
cruise control light (rewire it)

Heres what works:
brake lights
head lights and retractors
emergency flasher (back)
all the illumination lights inside including the logicon ones

Weird? i thought i had everything installed nicely and correctly. i am completly out of ideas here. i thought that it was weird that the Haltech was apparently not switched on. i attached the switched 12 volt using the grey wire on the flying lead to the front coil pack that is listed on the hitmans site.

And after looking into the wiring to the haltech i decided to put the grey switched +12v to the +12v on the battery and it turned on. so i got online with the laptop and every sensor etc checked out fine.no problems. i just need to
figure out why nothing happens when the ignition is switched to the accesory or to the on position. Its like it doesnt have switched power. I put the old harness back in and hooked it up to the ecu but same thing. checked all the fuses etc. all are fine. also the connections are too. i really need help this one has got me stumped. thank you

yeah i got it!!! after hours of going through those damn wiring diagrams and testing stuff we found out it was the ignition switch (the one with the key), that one wire that gave the access. position was open somewhere between it and the battery. Instead of riping the car apart to find a new one we just ran a new one to the ignition and soldered it on and fused it. its kinda weird that this happened at the same time as the install cause it had nothing to do with it?!? but its all better now. thanks for your help if i have any other questions i'll give you a holla. thank you
