In need of a little help

I have a quick question. Does the CAS on 1988 rx7 have voltage on the red wire? I have lost spark on my car while driving down the road at like 50mph. Ive checked coils grounds fuel pump. Just about went over the hole car but still can’t figure out my no spark or rpm bounce while trying to crank. Any help is much appreciated.

the CAS generates an AC voltage, two actually.
Red and Green are the grounds, and White and bLue are the two signals.

if you take the CAS off (or had an extra) and spin it, you should get spark and injector clicks and stuff
