need to know what part this is
it would be a big help if some one could identify this art for me i keep getting different names for it when i try to figure it out please help!

The problem is, as per the guys first post in this thread, that he is trying to link to a file on his hard drive..
The internet doesn't work that way... (thankfully....
)
You need to upload your file to some web space where you can host it, your ISP no doubt has some sort of storage facility like this.
Either that or you could go out and get a static IP, permenent connection run a HTTP server then you could link to a file on your hard drive.
The former is the more commonly used of the two options for the general public.
