Need info on storing my rx7

I just put my car in storage for the winter yesterday and I need to know everything there is to know about storing a rotary engine. I`m currently running premix by the way.
Is it safe to put a gas stabilizer in the tank when running premix ?
Do I have to flush the rad dry ?
Is there a way to get the coolant out of the coolant passages to prevent it from rusting ?
Do I drain the motor oil dry ?
Do I drain the tranny oil dry ?

I need to know everything.

yes I did, it`s stored in my friends garage. It`s constantly heated between 10 to 15 degrees celcius.
