Now that I've procured some money, I'm starting my TII swap soon, but I've got a few questions.

What happened to K2RD? If they're down, where can I get a block-off plate kit?

Can I just take off the vaccum spider rack when I do all the emissions removal?

Can I just remove the power steering system? I have a manual rack car, and I'd rather not have power steering, so can I just remove the pump and the belt?

Those are my questions for now, if I have any more in the future I'll post them in here. Any answers are appreciated.

 

If the car was already a manual rack you can certainly remove the PS.

 

if the car wasn't already a manual rack, just remove the pump and lines, you'll have a manual rack with a shorter lock to lock distance
