Need help with window regulator

My window got stuck down so I took apart the door panel to see what's up. Took me a while but I finally figured out the problem... There are two ends of wire that come out of the regulator and are constrained laterally near the top middle of the door and then go through curved 90* tracks that take them down to a plastic piece that's part of a metal piece that slides up and down in a track that's bolted to the door, and the piece that holds the ends of the wires broke.



Is it possible to just get this piece? What's it called?? How do I replace it???

Also, is there a special path the wire takes? There's a lot of loose wire in the door, so I was thinking it might loop around one of these things, because as far as O can see they serve no other purpose:

if the cables on the regulator stretched or binding the only way to fix it is to get a regulator

Can't help you with the wiring issue, but from now on, when you link images from ImageShack, use the link at the bottom where it says "Embed thumbnails of this image" labeled "Forum" and it will look like this:
