Need help with upgrades??

I have a '88 rx7 gxl and i've had it for a few years and now i'm really wanting to get some more horse power out of it to put the spank down on some cars street racing . What are my options? I really want a turbo my biggest question i guess is where can i find a turbo kit from a stock rx7 and how much power will my drivetrain hold up to (engine & trans)? Also i'm looking at throwing some body parts on it and would like to know of some good web sites ..etc to find body kits. Thanks guys and love revving those wankles heh

If you want a turbo....sell your car and buy a TII. The conversion is too much trouble IMHO.

If you want to make your car faster, start with the exhaust. Header & presilencer(law applicable) with a good catback with improve performance considerably. K&N filter with some type of air box to keep hot air out. Weight reduction....AC, PS, get your *** in the gym.

Make it fast b4 you make it LOOK fast.

This may help with the body mods.

Also, check out the deal on the GTC front for FC's. It's being set up by rotaryextreme. www.rotaryextreme.com

NAs max out at 220rw/190fw HP from what I've heard. That's ported, exhaust, intake, perf cat, downpipe, etc..

A minor turbo will help some (no intercooler). Everything else will require fuel upgrades, etc..
