Need help with starting and charging wire harness

I`ve seen fellow forum members here relocate the battery in the rear passenger compartment. I`ve done the same but I dont remember which wires I have to extend. I know it`s + and - but from what, I dont remember. I did this last year and when I was ready to crank my car, my haltech wireing harness got burned. I need help here!

I already had to splice a wire from the main relay to the starter to get the engine to crank. (Long story)

I took the Easy route.
Instead if Fartin with wires I didn't know about,I just extended the Positive and negatives of the battery cables.Ran them Under the car to the Bin.
Now you can ground the Negative at the frame and run a wire to the chassis, and then OFF the battery to the Body.
Positive you can run to the starter and then UP to the Old Positive.(that will take care of that little wire that goes to the Fuse box).
