need help on selecting engine!!!

i have a tii sitting in the garage for about a year now but i still couldn't figure out what to do with it, i am driving an 88 n/a i don't know should i rebuild the tii and swap it or should i rebuild my n/a and street porting it, and what is the difference is 2mm or 3mm seals, i am trying to get some advice from those of you that have experience in both of the engine and the pros and cons for it and how much do i have to spend and what kind of power will i get? any comments would be great! thank you

no need for 3mm seals unless you are planning on more than 20 psi boost.

thats all a matter of oppinion. I would take forced induction over n/a any day of the week but some people like n/a's.
