need help with rear brake pads

I have my car up on jackstands right now because I'm changing the rear brake pads (88 tII) and I have unscrewed the lock pin bolt (it won't come all the way out, but it slides in and out freely) however, the caliper won't swing up away from the rotor. Is there something I'm missing? Its definately moving slightly but it won't swing up far enough to change the brake pads. Only a couple mm's. Thanks in advance.

actually I got it off last night. There is one bolt that needs to be removed to change the pads. You would need to remove 2 to dismount the caliper but you only need to remove one bolt to swing it up to remove the brake pads. Apparently I just wasn't pushing it hard enough. I did get the brake pads changed. Thanks for the help though.
