Need Help quick. BAC help.

I just bought my newest TII. It had a bunch of leaks.well as I was fixing them the plastic piping between the intercooler and turbo broke. The nipple that runs to the bottom of the BAC broke off. so I was gonna say screw it and just cap off the intake pipe and run my 1st gen talon BOV. But then I realized I have no idea what the hell to do with the line coming from the bottom of the BAC. Can I leave it open? I thought I read it just bypassed air from that point furthur into the intake? Is that right? So can I just put a small filter on it?

I believe you should cap it so as not to cause a vacuum leak, which will turn your AFM and fuel pump off.
