Need Help Please

I HAVE A 13BT SINGLE TURBO .I WANT TO UPGRADE THE TURBO .I NEED SUGGESTIONS ON WHICH TURBO TO GET .A FREIND SUGGESTED A GARRET TO4 .AND WHERE CAN I FIND THE BEST DEALS ON THEM

1) Give better subject headings - you might get better responses.
2) TURN OFF THE CAPS LOCK - IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE YELLING.
