need help, please read..........

umm, what are the engine/ecu Codes?!?
i read a forum b4,
example: code 13 on Pressure sensor....WHAT IS THAT???
example: code 27 on OMP???


what are these codes!? and how do i found them out!? please tell me <----NOOBIE!

The pressure sensor tells you how far above/below sea level you are (for A/F ratio and what have you). Not quite sure how to fix it... Probably just replace it.

Here is a chart for an error code 27 (attatchment).

oh.. oops i didnt get those Codes.....that was just something i read , i was askin how i find out the codes and where to look at for them or hear them?

OH, OK. Do a search on the forum on how to pull ECU codes. You find the green plug/wire on the left side in the engine bay, next to the strut/shock tower. In one of the holes of that plug (can't remember which one), stick in some wire, then connect it to a vehicle ground (or the [-] terminal). Then get in the car, and turn the key to on, the CE light should blink you the codes. A long blink is a 10's place digit, and a shot blink is a 1's place digit. If you have multiple codes, then it pauses 3-4 secs between codes.

Example: 2 long blinks, then 7 short blinks is a code 27

You really don't need to do this unless your CE light is on when the car is running.

wooohoo! thx man! one more Question , the CE lights are the Idiot Lights right under the windshield and right by the Gauges right? above the vents in the middle?

CE = Check Engine

Yeah those lights are the idiot lights.

Important ones are ADD COOLANT, LOW OIL, and CE
