Question ACV, Smog Pump and OMP w/ Haltech and How the heck do they work?!

Hey,
I have a J-Spec motor that i'm putting a Haltech on, and need some details on how the stock ACV and smog pump work. I'd like to remove the solenoid rack / vacuum hose mess from the engine--after doing this, what would I need to do in the way of vacuum lines, etc. in order to make the ACV work in conjunction with the smog pump?

Also, has anybody come up with any interesting ideas on running an S5 OMP with a Haltech? What do the vacuum lines running to the oil injectors do?

I'm in CA, so i'd like to be as close to emissions-compliant as possible at the end of this.

Thanks!!!,
Manolis

Any sharp tech is going to see that the Haltech wiring is not stock.&nbsp That'll instantly fail you in the visual test...

Wouldn't premix be better for emissions since it burns ALOT CLEANER, thus avoiding the use for the OMP

With respect to premix, won't it separate from the gas over time, causing a lack of lubrication if the car is run after sitting for awhile?

Just wondering,

No, unless we're talking like 10 years...

If it's current TC-W3 rated, it's designed to stay suspended in gasoline.
