Need Help, Please!!

I have an S4 turbo II that had it's last owner torch the poor girl because of a leaking pulsation dampener. So to fix the problem I bought an S5 set of primary and secondary fuel rails. The primary fits just fine leaving almost no play between the housing and the rail.

Now the problem . . . the S5 secondary leaves about a 1/2 inch gap between the Lower Intake Manifold and the injectors. Both air bleeds are still good and seated properlly. What could it be? Do I need to stick with my s4 secondary??

Or do I need these? http://www.mazdatrix.com/c-6.htm
