ok, so i towed the car home, and took a look at it. turns out, the EGI COMP fuse is blown. ok, so i just replace it. it instantley blows again. now i found out why the tach didnt bounce when i try to start it, but i need to find out whats causing the fuse to blow... any ideas???? oh, by the way, its a TII swap in an NA, so im thinking maybe some wires are mixed or something.

Some wire is shorting out somewhere. Look for wires involving your emissions system.

Yeah, it sounds like a short. Start looking through the wire diagrams and find out what runs through that fuse. It could be an exposed wire grounding out somewhere. Just my $.02.

yeah, thats what ive been looking for, but i cant figure out wich fuse by the wiring diagrams, since their is 3 different 30 amp fuses. the one that shorts only has 2 wires going to it, i just cant find out where they are going on a wiring diagram.
