Need help with motor prob on t2

I just put my turbo 2 back together and now all the motor does is start to like 700rpms and then shuts off.

Any clues as to what this could be.

I'm confused by what you mean by "start to 700 rpms". Is it actually cranking or is that the fastest it will turn over?

It starts up goes to 700rpms for 2 seconds and then just dies.

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Check all your hoses and connections again.

AFM plug is off.....or the braKe booster line is off
