need help with ignition

my car wont start and i know its because of the leading coil. but since i have had the car i have wanted to change it to a ignition box and new coils. is it cheaper to just replace the stock coil and ignitor or in the long runs is it better to change the entire igntion. oh yeah i have a 90 gxl na. please help me cause im lost. i have tried searching for help but im just so disgusted that im lost. and if the ignition box and coil setup is cheaper which is the best setup. thanks for anyone can help.

Get yourself a used replacement. I'm sure you can find one for under $20 if you post in the classified section. The stock ignition system is very good, so there's little benefit to swapping it out for an aftermarket setup.
