Unhappy Need Help Identifying! Please!

I am putting in my new Koyo Radiator with Blk Magic E-Fan and after taking out the radiator I noticed another radiator looking thing! Its got fittings going into it and I know its not the oil cooler cause ive spotted that! Here are the pics and the top part that is circled in white is what im talking about! Below it is the Oil Cooler!

And here is a pic of the old radiator out!

SHould I yank it! I dont need A/C and it would be nice to get a little extra air flow through the radiator! And bling the Koyo Logo!
