As stated in title the part in question is directly in between bac valve and acv. This is s5 and on passenger side of block. Has a line coming out that is cut. Also right near by that a line going into block is plugged. Do they maybe go together and does anyone know what it is. I have been all thru section F1 of the fsm and many searches and have had no success identifying this. Thanks in advance

 

Looks like the subzero injector. Just leave it disconnected and capped [or not capped, I think it's closed in the unpowered state.]

 

Its as said above, its the subzero start assist port... utterly useless even by mazda's own admittance. Cap it or remove the item and add a block off plate, as well as remove the resevoir bottle that should be beneath the wiper motor near the charcoal canister.
