need help identifying jumpered connector

need help identifying jumpered connector

Can anyone tell me what this connector is and if its suppose to be jumpered. I didnt have any luck looking through the FSM.

Car: s4 t2

Between the trailing coil and clutch master cylinder.

When there is no factory theft protection installed on the car, that Blue connector takes the place of the Theft Relay. I think it's really called the Starter Cut Relay on cars with theft protection,.

You starter should not work if that connector is pulled off the plug.

The jumper wire jumps a Green/Black wire from the clutch interlock switch to the Black/White wire that goes to the starter solenoid.
