Ok here's the deal i got this car a little bit ago
got it running then the other day i came home from work for lunch car started fine run good. went to go back to work and car start a little hard then as i was going down the run started running hard like it flooded so i babied it off the road try the spark plugs right then didn't work so i came back later that night jumped it off. it started but really hard and didn't want to idle i had to keep my foot on the gas then got it back home. now i can get it started but it's hard and it runs really rough. it's like it flooded but it dosn't seem to want to clean out
any one have any ideas

You need to do a compression check to see if your comp is low. It seems that could be a problem but there are so many things that could be wrong.

did that it's all good
it did this about a week ago did the plug and i was fine but this time it's not helping at all i also have removed the catz
replaced the MAF any other things you can think of

I have been having the same problem with my car and i cant figure out what it is.. i have taken the intake manifold off and had injectors cleaned.. aswell used some motor start or whatever.. I am going to try the ATF trick as a last resort... but i just dont know what else to do.

ya i think thats wear i'm at now so i hope it works if not i'm just going to do a rebuild
And i don't really want to do that i was looking into putting a 20b in it but i don't really have that money to do that. You see i started to buy the parts so i don't want to do a rebuild.
