need help gain power

need help gain power

ok so i got a 86 late second generation and i want to get more power just dont have the money for a turbo so any ideas for cheap ways to raise the hp i already got tokiko shocks and tien lowering springs

i have magna flow exhust with cat back race pipe and i have 116k miles so is that to old to turbo i think it is what do you no about fcd's

N/A's will not get any faster without doing any kind of porting to the engine or rebuilding it. As for now you are stuck with intake/header/exhaust/ little intake tricks and weight reduction.

But seriously, the only way you're gonna make any decent power with an N/A is by getting some port work done, and then you can pretty much kiss engine longevity and drivability goodbye.

Also, SEARCH!!! This topic has been discussed inumerable times. Sadly, I was even one of the people.

racingbeat.com they have some of the best exhausts for our engines, the system also lets you keep your 5th and 6th ports functioning without the cats

porting is also quite expensive in the short and long run.....well depending on how aggresive you go
