the previous owner unhook the fog lights becuase he got ticketed for them too many times so he desided to unhook them

my question is which wires plug intop eachother?? i have the seprate red wire on the right and then 2 other wires on left
the red one has a fuse and a plug in the end of it and on the other side it has a yellow and res wire both with plugs in them

they just dont wanna work
some help please

You need to elaborate more! You are talking about aftermarket fog lamps, right?
