Talking Need help with fog lamp installation s5

so i bought the fog lamps for my 1989 mazda rx7 (OEM) fog lamps
now i just dont know how to install them
i looked at the factory service manual but still didnt understand how to install them
can anyone help me
by telling me the steps to install the fog lamps
i would greatly appreciate it

also

i tried taking off the front bumper already but it wouldnt move or even budge
so anyone out there encountered this predicament

your a lifesaver dude thanks a grip
by any chance do you know how to get to the wiring harness that connects to the power windows
im trying to replace it because my harness was cut by the previous owner
and i put new doors with power windows except my harness is missing wires that run the current

It will take alot of time effort and patience.

The fog lamps do bolt to the bumper support though.

Can't REALLY help you on the doors... Were they cut inside the car? or inside the door?

If they are inside the car, you'll have to get a new interior wiring harness or just fix yours.. If its inside the door, you'll have to replace/repair that one.. Should be circuit schematics inside the FSM.
