Need help finding Rubber and Rims
I am looking at putting new tires on my 90 RX and hopefully rims. But one problem is i am not quite sure and what bolt patterns fit from other cars. Because i am on a little bit of a budget like all of us, they would be preferably used. Any suggestions and information would help.

Bolt pattern is 5x114.3mm or 5x4.5".  This is typical "luxury" bolt pattern for most vehicles.  Exceptions are most of the European stuff (VW, BMW, Porsche) and stupid weird domestics like Pontiac (5x115mm).
