NY need help with final decision

Hello, I have been on a search for more HP for my N/A...I read a thread about the rtek...with only rb header...I have a 1991 vert...I plan on buying a full exhaust (true dual exhaust from RB) can I benefit from this ecu stage 2 upgrade??....I don't plan on porting until engine needs a rebuild...I have an intake w/K&N filter... or should I just get a wbo2 with safc??? do you still need to get a wbo2 to use with the rtek??...also can you suggest any other mods that I may have missed...if i can only do sway bars or springs...which one should I do?? I'm changing the struts to tociko blues...are they better than the kyb gr's

Put a cold air box around your cone intake, or you'll actually lose power compared to stock from all that warm air.
You can get a little bit of power from leaning out the fuel/air with an rtek or safc. But you can't go too far without risking your engine.
I've heard to always do springs before sway bars, but when I had only sways for a little while I didn't notice any problems (and the steering seemed much tighter). I only did that b/c I was getting springs soon after.
With a stock NA motor you're pretty much stuck after that. Just a couple HP from this and that.
