who supplies the spacer? is just a washer or a specialty piece?

 

i used the FD serpentine pulley and cut it with just a regular hacksaw got the little spacer filed it down then got the V pulley on then problem solved other people used washers i tried washers they didnt spin as well as the origannal pulley spacer
