So yeah, im having a tough time getting one of them out *i threw the locknut on the end to hit with a mallad, must have stripped the locknut cuz now its free spinning, but im slowly working it off*..

but didnt realize somewhere during all this, the ball joint at teh stub must have extended out.. any way to pop it back in? worse case is the ***** fall out of place and it wont easily go back in..

edit: the cv joint i guess is what its called. I guess i just have to pop the cv boot off and put it back in place and be more careful?? anyone know how to do that?

 

anyone? i got the halfshaft out and ready to go, just need advice on popping it back in
