ID Need help with a couple minor problems

I got an 88 vert and it has a few minor electrical problems i guess you could say that i would like to fix. First off, when I got the car the horn didn't work. i have no idea why this is..fuse? wire? short? any info would help. Next, just recently my dome lights and security that came with the car stopped working as well and again I have no idea why? could either of those be a fuse? Next, as of today when I got in my car and tried to roll my windows down. The driver side won't roll down and all and the passenger did. but i had trouble getting it up and back down. Why? It worked just fine yesterday. I don't know what could have caused it. I think thats all, anything will help. i'd like to fix it before i sell my car
Thanks

The horn uses a 20 amp fuse located at the top left of the interior fuse box. This fuse powers the stop lights as well so if the stop lights work then the fuse is not the problem.

Next to the fuse box is the CPU which houses the horn circuit board and the plug to this board is located towards the top of the CPU as opposed to the bottom of it and this is the largest plug connected to the CPU. The Green/White wire in this plug supplies constant voltage to the horn relay so check this wire for battery voltage. The Green/Red wire of the relay has voltage on it when the horn button on the steering wheel is depressed. So check this wire for battery voltage when the horn is supposedly activated. Lastly, Green/Orange is the ground wire.

You can take a jumper wire and put it into the back of the plug where the Green/Orange resides and ground the other end and if the G/W wire has constant voltage then the G/R wire will then have voltage and the horn should sound.

The dome light uses a 7.5 amp fuse and it's located on the same row as the horn fuse. This 7.5 amp fuse provides power to the radio, dash clock, ignition key reminder, factory alarm amongst other things. The dome light has two wires to it. Blue/Red has constant voltage on it and the Blue/White wire is the ground wire which is activated by the door opening or the switch on the dome light used to turn the light on.

Focusing on your driver side window, the switch should have voltage on the Black/Red wire when key is to on. When you push the down button the Green/Black wire should have voltage, key to on, and the Red/Black wire should have a ground on it. If you have voltage with key to on on the B/R wire then you can jumper a wire to the G/B wire that is part of the door harness. This is the harness connected to the window switch and also jumper a wire from the R/B wire in the door harness to a ground and the window should go down. Switch the wires and the window should go up. If the window works this way it indicates the motor is working but the switch is in need of repair. Sometimes cleaning the brushes within the switch does the job.
