Exclamation Stuck intake manifold and leak

I am currently changing the intake manifold gasket cause there is a leak. Someone told me to use a hammer and a peice of wood to remove it but it was a fail Anyone have any suggestions on how to remove a stuck intake manifold? Are there only 4 screws on it? haha hopefully I didnt forget to remove a screw. btw white stuff would come out in between the intake mani and rotor housings. Coolant leak?

Peace

Should not be hard at all to remove, certainly not requiring a hammer.
There are 4 bolts AND 2 nuts holding it on (5 bolts if its a turbo). The two nuts you appear to have forgotten are on the bottom, about halfway to the middle on each side.
