Need help with clucth/tranny prob
I have a 87 t2, and i just installed a act street disk from rx7store.net. the problem i am having is that we bolted the clucth and everything up right put tranny back up bolted everything up, the slave cylinder was off about a quater of an inch, but we were able to put the slave cylinder back in place, but the cars now didnt want to go in to gear
. so the first thing that came to mind was that the buddy that put the clutch up in to place put the disk in backwards, so then me and my friend took the tranny back out and unbolted the clucth and low and be hold that the clutch is in there right. now we are stomped on what could be cause it no to go in to gear.
i was gusse something doing with the slave cylinder being of and quater of and inch would be the thing that could cause it. but any advise for any one who has had experiances with this same problem would be great apperciated.

I'm not sure how not being able to engage gears and the clutch can be related, sorry.
Are you sure the clutch was properly centered and the imput shaft inserted all the way?
