I have an 88 vert non-turbo the car has been running in tip top perfect shape and today all of a sudden it wont start. when I push the clutch and turn the key it doesnt even click, nothing. The turning signals dont work and the wipers dont work. everything else in the car works. Yes my car has and alarm with the ignition cut off, I've read the threads where people have had problems because of the alarm system but there is not walkthrough available, I really need help here.

 

Get your battery tested, and start checking for blown fuses.

 

Do your 'idiot' lights work? It could be an issue with the ignition cylinder itself as most of that stuff is powered on different fuses, but is all triggered from the main relay. It's possible even that the main relay isn't working.
