Need Help Asap Read This

Ok here's the thing, as you all know 86-88 rx7's are different from 89-91 rx7's,(i have s4 shell) when I ordered my motor from Japan, I got 89-91 motor, and of course it has lots of differences, such as injector plugs etc..., so I got the 89 N/A harness, but when I went to wire up the plug that goes on the body I ran into lots of probles such as the main relay going to the ECU, and fuel relay, and the crank angle sensor.
So what I decided to do is use my original 86 N/A harness, change the plugs for the injectors, and change the plugs for my turbo ecu, But there's still a problem about how I'm going to have the main, opening circuit, and fuel relays go into the ECU.
I looked at the wiring diagrams for 86 rx7 and I couldn't find the fuel relay. Also the crank angle sensor unlike on 89-91 models doesn't run through the engine harness, it goes through the secondary harness, which connects to the battery, alternator, coils, instrument panel, etc...

i know i posted this once but i still need help
