ran into this 88' FC for 300, doesnt start cuz of coolant problem??? owner says might have a coolant leak, no water at all in the engine, engine turns over tho, what do u think? easy to fix? good buy??

 

Go into it expecting that you'll have to rebuild/replace the engine and it might be a good buy if the rest of the car is in decent condition.

 

well, this guy told me the story of how his car got fucked, he was on the freeway and very low on coolant, he didnt wanna stop because he was affraid of being stranded on the freeway, and thats how it got fucked' any ideas on how to fix? rebuilding/replacing the motor is way over my budget right now.......HELP!

 

The engine is most likely toast. You can try searching for "paul yaw coolant fix" as it might be a very temporary solution, but the only real fix is a rebuild.
