need help

I drive a 1991 na rx7 with moderate upgrades to name some
Racing beat dual exhaust and headers
K&n type of intake
Its been mildly ported
Haltech e8
Racing beat springs
Tockico blue shocks
It runs really rich so I change the plugs every 3 weeks
When I take my car cruising in the canyons every time I take a corner my rpm drop what could it be I'm pretty sure its not the amount of gas in my car b/c I was running on more than half a tank thanks any advice will be muc appriciated

That or maybe a leaky injector? Do you have any flooding problems?

Did you personally get it tuned or modify the car and not get the tune changed?

I don't think it has any flooding problems the previous owner had the ecu tuned proffesionally but I was gnna take it back to get it re-tuned I'm not sure about the leaky injector ill check that out but the previous owner said he would take it for cruises all the time and nothing happened my cousin told me the fuel filter might need to be changed could that be the problem?

Never heard of a fuel filter causing a rich condition.
