Need Help
Well i posted this n the lounge, but no answers. I just bought a 91 eclipse turbo, the turbo is bad,i am going to try and find one at the junk yard, how do i know if the turbo is good or not, i know there are some test, Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Check:
if it spins freely,
if it moves at all on its hinge,
if it has any signs of obvious damage (clipped fins, rust, goo etc),
if it has any cracks on the housing
......
thats all I can think of right now
