Need help!!!!

I was driving my turbo II to pick up new rotors, when all of a sudden all my guages stopped working. I replaced the meter fuse and it worked for about 10 minutes, then popped again. Checked just about the whole harness but could not find anything. What could it be? Also the light control started smoking. Someone please help/

you need to swap out the light switch and harness i had mine smoke up too like it was on fire. SO tear open the dash and look at the harness plug and im willing to bet yo will see a burnt pin. Let me know if i can help any more.

Gauges, wouldn't stop working if it is the headlight switch, only the lumination to them.

I would be double checking the wires at the tranny. The neutral safety and reverse both work off the circuit and its common to leave unplugged or damage the wires when doing an engine swap or tranny work.

Also forgot to say that non of the brake lights work unless the brake pedal is touched. goes for side markers also.

Okay then you might have multiple problems...the light switch and the pinched wire

I changed harness to light switch, relay, and light switch. The rear lights are working now but the interior lights still are acting up. I also learned today that my radio is not working anymore (maybe fried from short)
