Need to get my TII engine running smooth...possible vacuum leak?

my car starts and runs but it will shut off right away ...but if i hold the gas peddle all the way in it fires right up...but i have to hold it at 2700-3k rpms for a minute then it will finally idle on its own at around 2k but if i touch the gas it bogs it out and kills it most of the time...its getting good vacuum on the gauge...so i was thinkin there might be something hooked up wrong ...or maybe it does have a vacuum leak somewhere...or could it be running in limp mode heres a video.....turn your speakers down lol its open 3" DP
i just put in new plugs...im goin to check everything over in the morning but its almost like the spark gets cut off and it just dies ...todays the first time its actually been ran since whenver its was last ran in japan....i started it before for like 10 seconds but i didn't have anything intake wise hooked up
could it just need to clean it self out cuz its a fresh jdm swap?

thanks

the airflow meter is pointing up at a 45 degree angle....would that interfere with the operation and make it run irregular?
should i just do the test for the afm outta the FSM?

if you have an s5 AFM it doesn't matter much. as far as vacuum leaks,

I still need some help with this....i'll try to explain it the best i can
i checked the thermoswitch and the connection seems find...i havent had a chance to check the AFM..

when i try to start it normal- it will start for a second then die right out....or it will start but shake and sound like its only running on one rotor

starting it with the pedal to the floor- it will start and i can keep it running if i hold it at 3000 rpm and i can slowly let off and it will idle on its own after a minute or so at 2000rpm but if i leave it for a minute a bit it will stall...when i have it running if i give it gas it will bogg the motor and kill it most of the time

the next day i was trying to start it and i couldn't get it to fire up at all...but it was -7celcius outside so that could have added to that
it started for a couple seconds a few time but was running ruff like it was only goin off one rotor

the engine has good compression fuel and spark
...theres no exhaust on it though its just a 3" downpipe to nothing....i know that could make it run alittle shitty

could you guys name some stuff off i could check over ...i wanna get this thing running good
