Need to find some parts. Where?

I need some parts and Mazda is being **** and says they don't exsist.

The first part is the upper shifter bushing the white one.

Mazda claims they don't make a upper bushing. This is BS right?

I know the lower is blue and upper is white, where can I get the upper bushing?

The second part I need to get is those o-ring right under the oil filter. They are leaking and my friend used regular o-rings and they went bad in 6 months, and Mazda once again clains these do not exsist.

Can anyone helpme with the name of these o-rings?

Where can I find these parts?

Mazdatrix carries the parts. And they are factory parts.
