I am rebuilding my stock S4 turbo and I am unsure if I have the parts in correct order. I have an exploded view of a similar turbo, but not the HT18. Any help is appreciated and I have searched with no luck. Thanks.

 

I would really like to see something like this too, but I've never seen anything for an S4 turbo.

 

I found it somewhereon the web. I forgot if I was searching for a rebuild kit and came along the picture.

Make sure you port that wastegate!!!! I overboosted my first s4 engine. Much regret. Do it, or pay the consequesnces!!!

 

The wastegate has been ported, light sandblast and ready for action. Well except for the part that it is not together yet. It is amazing that there is absolutely NO play in the shaft.

 

Is your a hybrid? Im really happy with the power of hybrid right now. I wish I could have afforded a full kit
