Need Expert Advice: Blown engine?

Well I have a Jspec S5 and it has low compression. to the extent that the engine turns over by hand with no resistance. I can hear dragging (sounds like a bearing draging) when I trun it, could that just be the seals contacting the housings?

When I look through the exhaust ports and feel the apex seals they do not seem to be that bad, they still have some play in them when I push on them. I then decided to reach in the intake ports to feel the side seals, both primary ports were pretty flat, while the auxilary sides had some good bounce to them.

Is there anything else I can check? I tried MMO and that did not help at all.

I am trying to figure out a way that I can post a video of the engine being turned over by hand.

See what I don't under stand is why the apex seals are still intact, maybe all the springs are dead, and what I could feel of the side seals, BTW be very careful when checking the side seals because you might slice a piece of your finder off like me

What would the odds be that I might need new rotor housings? I don't want to crack the engine open yet because it is under warranty from the Jspec importer I bought it off of and depending on the cost of the parts he may just want to refund me my money.

What else, or how else can I check the interior of the engine out with out cracking her open?
