Post pics of custom made stainless steel manifolds for FC. What kind of manifold is good? Length/thickness of headers etc. All info is welcome.
Thanks
Is this good work?

Don't want to offend anyone but those welds look pretty bad. As long as they hold it should work fine though. I don't know how much it matters on t2 motors but the runners should be equal lengths, because of the pulses from the engine.

12-14" is considered Ideal by many, Chris Roth's(CARX7) manifold is a good example, except that ordinarily the WG tubes would be merged rather than using two wastegates. For power up to ~450rwhp The HKS cast is a solid good working piece, it is not divided however, and will spool slightly slower than a divided manifold, assuming a divided turbo. XS Makes a Cast divided manifold, if you are going to buy one, XS, South Florida Performance, and HKS are sources for off the shelf reasonably priced pieces. Vendors That sell tubo kits like A-Spec, KG etc can provide a good equal(but short) length runner manifold. Usually you can have a good quality divided piece made for around 500.00. HKS Manifolds can be found for around 300.00 Keep in mind different manifolds will require different Down pipes, and IC piping. Unless you seek extreme power I'd use the HKS, and get faster spool with slightly smaller AR on the hotside of your turbo. Carl
