heater help please

heater help please

my heater doesn't work. the fan turns on when i slide the control but there's no hot air. i don't know what the problem is and i don't know where to start. can i please get a a little advice.

Need a little more info. Is the air cold, like the AC is on? Does the air come out where it's supposed to, like the defroster, or panel vents, or floor vents, when you set the slider to those positions? Does the AC work? Problem could be several things. Bad air mix motor, cold solders in the logicon, etc.

everything comes out where its supposed to. the air that comes out is the same temperature as when i slide the control to cold or whatever the weather is outside. i know i'm not totally specific i just need somewhere to start. this is basically all i know since i just got the car a month ago.

try doing a search on thermal fuse on the club site. i read somewhere about it it controls heat. i to am having heater problems. i too am waiting for peps to reply. atleast your can have your blower work . i dont but i do have heat. there is a part called a thermal fuse which you can get from radio shack for about 2 bucks. then ou just have to find it. let me know it that is it and where it was. there was a thread back a while ago that i found and they talked about it.
