can anybody help me out?a friend of mine i work with is having some problems[bought a truck w/o a title],and cant find the last registered owner...a friend of a friend etc...[yes,i know,quite stupid].he thinks there actually might be a lean on it.anyhow,anybody got a current account going on?would be much appriciated!
