I've had welds in the back and stocker rims up front for about 6 years now and I figure it's time to get matching wheels if possible.

So I know what the correct size backspacing needed for an rx is. Problem is the weld draglites don't come in that back spacing. I've seen quite a few rx-7's with draglites on the front and I'm just wondering which rim width and backspacing works best. I tried ordering summit racings version of the weld in a 15x7 rim and the lip of the rim stuck out about 3" past the front fender. The car would look like a roller skate with these installed. I don't mind going to a skinny in the front. If they will look normal. What are you other draglite guys running as far as wheel width and backspacing?

Pretty easy...
Fronts are 5.0" and rears are 6.0".
