it fits yes. but the difference is between tii and n/a is that the slave cylinder needs to be different. the cluch fork needs to be different.
i am not sure about this but i have been told that the tii trani spline wont match to the n/a cluch
so you need a tii cluch and fly wheel. the cluch surface area is bigger then the n/a surface area so you need to upgrade the flywheel.
the tii trani also needs a drive shaft that mazdatrix sells . the tii trani requires a tii drive shaft because of its bolt pattern. you need either a tii rear end and axles. or the custom drive shaft.
recap
dive shaft or rear end
cluch fork
slave cylinder
fly wheel
cluch
automatic or 5 speed tii starter.
again i am not 100% sure. but this is what i was told to do on my tii swap

as for the bolt patterns to the engine. yes. its the same.

Covered in the FAQ. And I think there's also an archived thread that goes into detail as well.
