need advice on rebuild goals

hey everyone,

So its time to rebuild my S5 T2. its a stock block and turbo now. i have a few questions. im thinking a large streetport or full bridge of course a bigger turbo also going to stud the motor. my goal is 400-500 hp i know thats a big gap. ive been looking into converting to E85 as i think ill have an easier time hitting those numbers the highest available to me is 91 octane. am i way off in assuming the s5 block can handle that much power and if im not what kind of turbo would you recomend. injectors and any other info you can provide. as far as a stand alone looking at a haltech PS 1000. not asking for advice on cost or reliability just facts about the things i need to achieve what im looking for. it wont be a daily driver i use my p.o.s 88 accord for work. it will mainly be a fun weekend car it was a daily driver. ive seen so much conflicting info on the E85 i dont know what truth or opinion anymore.

thanks

If you stick with a streetport( which I would recommend, especially for Cali Cops) then use this turbo with a 1.0 or 1.15

If going with a bridge go with this turbo; To4R, use a 1.15

Injectors : id1000s primaries and Id2000 secondaries

S5 t2 engine will hold 500hp no problem, Ive done way more on even a S4 t2 block..

i agree on the streetport only.

also the .96-1.0 ar hotside is good for decent spool. you will def want to dowel pin your block.

Here is the S4 t2 block, it was done on 91 octane with water/alcohol injection..
