need advice on paint job
i have an artic silver fc and bought it because it was all original and one owner. the only thing that didn't fit what i was looking for was the color. I'm fine with silver but i LOVE white fc's
So heres the dilemma: should i paint it white (given i do door jambs and hatch jambs) or should i redo it silver. I know the easier way to go is to redo it silver but again, i love white (i also love metallic orange too but lets not go there). would it look too awkward if my engine bay is silver while the rest of the car is white?
i've also considered just buying another white fc but i know this car, i know its history , i know its strengths and weaknesses. trading it for another would be a gamble, in a sense. any input would be awesome!

I can't paint the engine bay because as of right now, i lack the tools and most importantly the space to take out the engine. i might as well run it till it breaks and then paint the chassis as my engine is getting rebuilt.

u should just repaint it the same color, but mess with the original color when u get.
for example you could add pearl or have multiple metallic colors within the paint. Just spent as much time with the body work as you can and it will come out very nice.
Also if you do multiple coats the paint job will last longer.
I think thats all, oh yea dont paint match your rims to the body (thats how my car was when i got it haha)
